If you’re an administrator with a Proton for Business (or Visionary) account, you can change the password of users in your organization. You can only access and change passwords for organization users that are not private.
To change a non-private user’s password:
1. Log in to your administrator account at mail.proton.me(new window) and go to Settings → All settings → Organization → Users and addresses.
2. Locate the user whose password you would like to change, click the three dots (⋮) in the Actions column, and select Change password from the dropdown menu.
3. You will be asked to sign in to your administrator account again.
4. Once you enter the administrator password, you will be asked to enter the user’s new password, and confirm it.
Click Change password when you’re done.
That’s it. The user’s password has been successfully changed.
